Take Care of the Apartment. Please be in by 11:00 PM each night and treat all belongings with care.

No Parties or Events. Gatherings or loud events are not allowed on the property.
Quiet Hours. Please keep noise levels low between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Registered Guests Only. Overnight guests must be included in the original booking.
Dispose of Trash. Clear trash and place it in the bin near the main entrance.
Save Electricity. Turn off lights, AC, fans, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
No Illegal Activities. Drug use and activities against Nepalese law are strictly prohibited.
Pets by Permission Only. Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance by the host.
Report Damages. Inform the host immediately if anything is damaged or not functioning properly.
Respect Local Culture. Be considerate of neighbors, traditions, and Kathmandu's peaceful environment.
